1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eb77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 2.Eligibility

3.Account Registration and Security

To access the full eb77 platform, you must register a personal account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Your Responsibilities at Registration

KYC and Identity Verification

• eb77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any account holder at any time. KYC is typically required before processing a player's first withdrawal, and may be required again for large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. eb77 may also request a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the eb77 Privacy Policy.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). eb77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. All deposit and withdrawal activity is subject to the limits, processing times, and verification requirements described in this section.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your payment method and VIP tier. Deposits are processed in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and credited to your eb77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. eb77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts registered to a different name than the eb77 account holder may be reversed and returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to KYC verification status and any ongoing account review. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for withdrawals that trigger additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a payment method registered to the same account holder. eb77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• eb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting source of funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts. • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus offer, the standard wagering requirement on eb77 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant bonus offer, after which any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire.

7.Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is expressly prohibited on the eb77 platform. eb77 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

• Opening, operating, or using multiple eb77 accounts (whether under the same or different personal details) for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading identity verification requirements.
• Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process, including but not limited to misrepresenting age, identity, or source of funds.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eb77 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the eb77 platform. The following specific exclusions apply:

• eb77 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by a player as a result of using the platform. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of gambling activity.
